Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the onboarding process for merchants, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant queries and issues during the onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants and internal teams.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the onboarding process.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in onboarding or a related field, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly payment gateways and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with merchants and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other operational tools is an added advantage.
