Compensation Structure:

Phase Duration CTC (Per Annum)

Phase I 6 Months (Probation) ₹2.10 Lakhs

Phase II Next 6 Months ₹2.50 Lakhs

Phase III Next 6 Months ₹2.80 Lakhs

Phase IV Next 6 Months ₹3.15 Lakhs
