Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Marketing & outreach officers
to lead our admissions operations across multiple locations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive admissions through effective team management, lead generation, and relationship building with educational institutions. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of representing the university in various outreach activities and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Admission Officers across various locations to achieve admission targets.
- Drive lead generation activities in Intermediate, Degree, and Engineering colleges.
- Develop and implement effective admission strategies, monitoring performance and progress region-wise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college principals, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the university at educational fairs, campaigns, seminars, and outreach events.
- Collect, analyse, and manage student databases from multiple sources to enhance the admissions pipeline.
- Guide the team in converting leads into applications and admissions through timely follow-ups.
- Plan, organize, and oversee promotional activities such as kiosks, education fairs, and corporate tie-ups.
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to Admission Officers for consistent performance.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members across different regions.
- Prepare periodic reports on admissions, lead generation, and outreach activities for management review.
- Ensure a high level of client (student/parent) satisfaction by offering after-admission support and service.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or educational marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong team management and leadership skills with the ability to handle multi-location operations.
- Proven experience in lead generation and relationship building with educational institutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Admission Counselors
Job Purpose
Anurag University is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admissions Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving student recruitment efforts, guiding prospective students through the admissions process, and representing the university in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Recruitment:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract national & international students to Anurag University.
- Conduct virtual and in-person counselling sessions for prospective students and their families.
2. Admissions Process Management:
- Assist students in completing the application process, including documentation, eligibility verification, and fee payments.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure timely evaluation of applications.
3. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with National & international recruitment agents, educational consultants, and partner institutions.
- Represent the university at National and international career fairs, webinars, and other outreach activities.
4. Compliance and Communication:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and university policies for international admissions.
- Provide accurate information regarding programs, fees, scholarships, and visa processes to applicants.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions data.
- Generate reports to track progress against recruitment goals.
Education & Experience
:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in 1-3 years preferred
- Fair knowledge of international education systems, international student recruitment
- or admissions counselling, visa processes, preferred.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle diverse queries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Tele Callers
Job Purpose:
To engage with prospective students and parents, provide information about courses and admissions, and support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling:
Contacting potential students, parents, and leads to promote university programs. - Inbound calling:
Handling incoming calls from prospective students and parents, addressing their queries, providing course information, and assisting them with the admission process. - Information dissemination:
Explaining courses, admissions processes, and opportunities clearly and convincingly. - Lead generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential students from a given database. - Conversion:
Guiding inquiries through the admissions process to secure enrollments. - Follow-up:
Maintaining contact with prospective students and documenting interactions in a CRM system.
Experience
: Freshers and up to 3 years of experience
Education
: Any Graduate
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in required languages (Telugu, English, Hindi, etc.)
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office
- Sales and counseling skills — experience in sales or customer service, especially in the education sector, is an added advantage.
