Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in selling AI-based solutions, chatbots, automation, and IT services. The candidate should be able to identify new business opportunities, engage with senior decision-makers, and drive revenue growth in both domestic and international markets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Generate new business opportunities in AI bots, chatbots, and automation solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with CXOs, CTOs, and business leaders to drive consultative sales.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical Teams to create tailored proposals and POCs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, webinars, and industry events.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    3–7 years of proven Business Development/Sales experience in IT or AI solutions.
  • Strong background in Conversational AI, NLP, ML products, or automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate technology into business value for clients.
  • Exposure to international markets (US, UK, UAE, Singapore) preferred.
  • Existing client network in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
