Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with experience in Odoo to ensure the quality and reliability of our ERP applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing functional modules, reporting defects, and collaborating with developers and functional consultants to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual testing of Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
  • Prepare and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on functional specifications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and business users to understand requirements.
  • Conduct regression testing for Odoo updates, customizations, and new modules.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback for system improvements.

Required Skills:

  • 1–2 years of manual testing experience, preferably with Odoo ERP.
  • Good understanding of ERP processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in creating test documentation (test cases, bug reports, test plans).
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira or Redmine.
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
