### *Job Description:*
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Pull-Quality Engineer* to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and a solid understanding of quality control processes in manufacturing environments. The Pull-Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality in production.

### *Key Responsibilities:*
- Perform quality inspection and testing of mechanical products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. - Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes. - Analyze and interpret test results, and identify trends or areas for improvement. - Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality requirements are met. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Assist in the development and maintenance of inspection plans and quality documentation. - Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications. - Conduct audits and inspections on in-process and finished products. - Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality requirements. - Prepare quality reports and present findings to the management team. - Continuously improve quality processes through the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
### *Qualifications:*
- *Educational Qualification:* B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - *Experience:* 2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of quality control techniques, standards, and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, PPAP, etc.). - Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and product specifications. - Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards (ISO, TS, etc.) is a plus. - Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes. - Proficient in using measurement and testing equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process improvement.
