*Job Title: Business Analyst Intern* Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and providing insights that will help in decision-making processes across the company. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve processes and enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection and documentation of business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with teams to understand and define project scope and objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings.
  • Assist in developing project plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Support in creating test plans and coordinating testing for new features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internships or academic projects related to business analysis or process improvement.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
