About the Role

We are seeking motivated Consultant - Sales who are confident communicators and passionate about building customer connections. In this consultancy role, you will generate leads, conduct sales conversations, and help the company achieve its growth objectives through calls, meetings, and revenue generation.

  • Friendly, persuasive, and confident when answering customer questions.
  • Comfortable presenting products and services over calls or meetings.
  • Proactive in helping the company grow by identifying new customer opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present products/services.
  • Answer queries, provide accurate information, and build trust with prospects.
  • Identify customer needs, arrange conference calls and schedule fixed meetings.
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team and support in deal closures.
  • Maintain updated and accurate customer records in CRM systems.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Work towards achieving monthly KRAs (Calls, Meetings, Revenue).
  • Submit timely reports on activities and results.

Desired Background

  • Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or inside sales.
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets or performance benchmarks.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems, CRMs, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn and present product/service details.
  • Language proficiency in English (required) and at least one regional language: Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.

Engagement Model & Schedule

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Recommended Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible, results-driven)
  • Work Location: Remote (must have own laptop/computer & Wi-Fi)
