Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PL/SQL Developer with .NET (C#) expertise and strong exposure to Capital Market or Banking Domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing complex database systems, integrating backend PL/SQL solutions with .NET-based applications, and ensuring high performance and scalability of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, triggers, functions, packages, and scripts for large-scale systems.
  • Work on .NET (C#) components for middle-tier and backend service integration.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize and tune database queries for performance improvement.
  • Perform impact analysis, unit testing, and debugging of applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and design specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity, reliability, and compliance with banking and capital market standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, release management, and production support activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Technical Skills:

Must Have:

  • Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL development (procedures, functions, packages, triggers).
  • Hands-on experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core using C# for backend integration.
  • Good understanding of database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
  • Experience with Capital Markets or Banking domain (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Settlements, Risk, or Trade Processing).
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to REST APIs / Web Services integration with .NET and Oracle.
  • Knowledge of Unix shell scripting and job scheduling tools (Autosys, Control-M).
  • Understanding of data warehousing and reporting tools.
  • Prior experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (Oracle Cloud / Azure) is a plus.
