Job Overview

We are seeking a Floor Manager for a leading Premier Retail Brand in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years and up to 6 years of proven experience in retail management. The Floor Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational success, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing retail team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, including creative display execution and store layout optimization (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive knowledge and implementation of loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and ensure store security (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in training retail staff, focusing on sales techniques, customer service standards, and company policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding client needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Strong team leadership skills with experience in motivating, mentoring, and managing staff to achieve store targets.
  • Thorough understanding of daily retail operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and compliance with company standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to easily collaborate across teams and engage effectively with customers.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle various situations in a fast-paced retail environment with sound decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day floor operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established brand guidelines and policies.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to create engaging displays that drive sales and enhance the in-store experience.
  • Enforce loss prevention policies, regularly monitor compliance, and train staff to uphold standards and minimize inventory variance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, fostering a collaborative culture with an emphasis on continuous improvement and growth.
  • Maintain a superior level of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and reinforcing a customer-centric atmosphere.
  • Manage staff schedules, allocate shifts, and ensure adequate floor coverage to meet customer demand during peak periods.
  • Track sales performance and KPIs, prepare relevant reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed established targets.
