Business Operations Associate

We're looking for Business Operations Associates who are passionate about solving real problems, understanding customer needs, and helping scale a fast-growing business that's redefining corporate gifting, brand experiences, and rewards.

As a Business Operations Associate, you'll work at the intersection of business, customers, and engineering — analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and collaborating cross-functionally to design smarter, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Engage with customers and internal teams to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.

Analyze recurring operational issues to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.

Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to enhance workflows and customer experience.

Use data to uncover insights, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements.

Build and document scalable frameworks for business operations and decision-making.

Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Education: MBA fresher or graduate in Business, Operations, or related fields.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Detail-oriented with a structured approach to uncovering root causes.

Curious about how business strategy, product, and technology connect.

Comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, or BI tools a plus).
