Job Profile:

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and act as a critical bridge between clients and internal teams. This role focuses on post-sales client onboarding, requirement analysis, and solution implementation of our products. You will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, coordinate with developers to align technical solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You have to collaborate with project team and support test planning and working on UAT. To work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped as per clients requirements. Also Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports in the required formats. As a Business Analyst at DistrictD, you have to identify trends, deviations, and areas of improvement. Develop and finalize management report templates with the Management team. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring smooth onboarding on our solutions.
• Conduct platform walkthroughs, product training sessions, and respond to client queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, support, product) to address client-specific needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent, proactive communication.
• Track client health scores, product usage metrics, and support upsell/renewal efforts.
• Log all client communications, tickets, and feedback in internal systems.

Requirement Gathering & Functional Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear documentation such as user stories, BRDs, and process flows.
• Recommend scalable solutions aligned with product capabilities and business needs.
• Create and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and wireframes.

Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a liaison between business teams, product managers, and developers.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, project/ deliverables planning and retrospectives.
• Monitor project timelines and manage stakeholder expectations proactively.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Prepare test cases and conduct functional testing to validate implementations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve identified issues.
• Ensure system changes comply with data integrity, privacy, and security guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analyst (BA) role or related field.
• Strong understanding of Business Analytics, Business Analysis, Communication Management, Documentation, Data Analysis, SDLC Life Cycle & Project Management principles.
• Proficiency in tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau; ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• You must be an excellent problem solver with a passion of self-learning.
• Be an innovative and creative thinker, somebody who is not afraid to try something new

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
