Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our office-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role is critical to maintaining productivity by resolving technical glitches and providing prompt user support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for all IT-related queries and technical issues raised by staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Respond to system outages and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Manage user accounts, email setup, access rights, and software licenses.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document all support requests, resolutions, and updates in the IT ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for repairs, warranties, or specialized support.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data protection standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an IT support or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with office productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
  • Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
