Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers.

· Promote our services and offers over the phone.

· Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

· Explain services features and benefits clearly and confidently.

· Achieve sales targets.

· Maintain call records and report to the team leader or manager.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling/sales.

· Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus).

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
