Our backend operations are managed from the Evergo Tours office at Parammal, Ramanattukara. We ensure high-quality multilingual communication for clients across the UAE.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in lead-generation campaigns, and a deep understanding of performance marketing for service-based industries. You will play a key role in generating high-quality leads for our UAE operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Manage Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, and Analytics.
  • Develop landing page optimization recommendations.
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, and ad copies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create impactful ad creatives.
  • A/B test ad copies, banners, and landing pages.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing high-performance Google Ads campaigns (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Strong Knowledge of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion-based optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Keyword Planner, and other tools.
  • Ability to generate leads for service-oriented businesses (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in Google Ads is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working for translation, legal services, travel, or service-based industries.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Familiarity with UAE market digital advertising trends.
