We’re building a high-performing team to take our mission to the next level and are looking for a skilled **Digital Marketing Executive** to lead our **Meta (Facebook/Instagram)** and **Google Ads** campaigns.

Job Role

We are hiring a **results-driven digital marketer** to run high-converting paid ad campaigns. You’ll work closely with our creative and sales teams to generate quality leads and optimize our online funnels.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating and managing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Running and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)
- Tracking and improving key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS)
- Researching audiences, interests, and keyword strategies
- A/B testing creatives, copy, landing pages, and funnels
- Setting up and maintaining pixels, events, and analytics
- Generating performance reports and providing actionable insights
- Coordinating with the design team to create ad assets

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta and Google platforms
- Strong understanding of ad targeting, remarketing, and funnel strategy
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics
- Ability to read data and optimize campaigns for lead generation
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of fitness or wellness niche is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Malayalam language skills are a plus but not mandatory
