As a Digital Marketing Executive with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing various digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive online engagement. Your role will involve managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve our marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. Manage paid search campaigns and budget allocation.
- **Social Media Management**: Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze social media metrics to enhance brand presence and community engagement.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our digital marketing strategies innovative and effective.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising tools).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
