We are looking for a
Junior System Administrator
to join our IT team in
Site Location Bangalore.
This role is well-suited for early-career professionals (0–2 years of experience) who enjoy solving technical problems and supporting colleagues. You will be responsible for keeping our computer systems, software, and devices running smoothly, while also helping users get the most out of the tools they work with.

What you'll do

Technical support

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Troubleshoot problems such as software conflicts, hardware failures, and connectivity errors.
  • Respond to user requests via phone, email, or chat with timely and clear solutions.

System setup and maintenance

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and software.
  • Apply updates, upgrades, and security patches.
  • Ensure workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile devices are working properly.

User support and guidance

  • Assist colleagues with day-to-day technical issues.
  • Provide training on new software, IT policies, and best practices.
  • Offer remote support where required.

System administration

  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security controls.
  • Monitor system performance and take preventive steps to avoid downtime.
  • Implement security measures to protect systems and data.

Documentation

  • Maintain records of support activities, issues, and resolutions.
  • Generate reports on system performance and common support trends.

What we're looking for

  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, desktop engineering, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS), networking, and common office software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
