Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Marketing team as

Supporting Staff. This role involves essential back-end support to ensure the smooth execution of

marketing activities through documentation, reporting, and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities

∙Maintain and manage accurate marketing documentation and records

∙Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders

∙Follow up with customers for feedback, updates

∙Handle MIS (Management Information Systems) for marketing activities

∙Coordinate with various internal departments for timely task execution

∙Ensure completion of tasks and projects within assigned deadlines

Preferred Skills

∙Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools

∙Strong documentation and paperwork handling skills

∙Good written and verbal communication skills

∙Effective time management and organizational abilities

∙Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

∙Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
