Key Responsibilities
:

1.Data Management and Reporting
:

  • Collect, analyze, and manage data from various sources.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.

2.System Monitoring
:

  • Maintain and update MIS systems, databases, and dashboards.
  • Identify system inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor and resolve system errors promptly.

3.Process Optimization
:

  • Collaborate with departments to streamline reporting and data management processes.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Excel macros, Power Query, or other software.

4.Software and Tools Management
:

  • Work with software like MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, ERP systems, or other MIS-related tools.
  • Provide training and support to team members on using MIS tools effectively.

5.Documentation and Compliance
:

  • Maintain proper documentation of processes, reports, and system configurations.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an MIS or data analysis role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
