  • Qualification : B.E. (Electrical) with 20+ years of relevant experience in all type of building & infrastructure projects.

  • Key Responsibilities / Desired Experience:

  • Design, estimation and execution of electrical and allied systems.

  • Design and estimation of ELV services (fire alarm, Public address, HVAC works, CCTV, BMS, telephone & data networking EPABX / IP-PBX) alongwith study of drawings, contract specifications and requirements.
  • Negotiate with existing vendors & contractors and also cultivate new vendors to ensure most economical material procurement as well as execution of electrical works.
  • Collaborate with other Departments to integrate electrical systems into over all building designs ensuring functionality.
  • Develop a team of Electro-Mechanical Engineers to efficiently handle the entire gamut of electro-mechanical works across the region.
  • Develop in-house capabilities for all electro-mechanical systems design & execution over a period of time.
  • Conduct extensive site visits across the region to ensure timely completion of electro-mechanical works within pre-determined budgets with best quality.
  • Knowledge of all relevant codal provisions, regulations and best practices.
  • Effective co-ordination, representation and problem solving with clients and consultants.
  • Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
