SKI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced and meticulous Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort throughout the hotel. This role is essential for ensuring our guests have a pristine and welcoming stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, schedule, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff (room attendants, public area attendants, laundry staff) to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct regular, thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and linen rooms to ensure all tasks are completed to the hotel's standard.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily allocation of rooms to attendants and coordinate with the Front Office for quick room turnover and VIP requests.
  • Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, linens, guest amenities, and uniforms. Ensure all items are stored correctly and used efficiently to control costs.
  • Guest Relations: Address and resolve all guest complaints and requests regarding housekeeping service promptly and courteously.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report maintenance issues (e.g., faulty lights, leaks, broken fixtures) in rooms and public areas immediately to the Engineering/Maintenance Department.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce all hotel safety policies, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of professional cleaning methods, chemical safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in English and hindi is preferred.
  • Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate weights for extended periods.
  • Technical: Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) for tracking room status is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
