The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of comfort and guest satisfaction. The role involves attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, minibar items, etc.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle guest requests courteously and promptly.
- Ensure proper use of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper stock levels in the pantry and trolley.
- Follow daily task assignments and complete them within the allocated time.
- Assist with laundry and linen handling when required.
- Adhere to grooming and hygiene standards at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel/resort is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Eye for detail and passion for cleanliness.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
