  • Experience with servo motor systems
  • VFD programming, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Induction motor control and drive systems
  • Motor sizing and selection

PLC & Automation

  • PLC programming experience (any major brand)
  • Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
  • System integration and HMI development

Motion Control

  • Motion controller programming and configuration
  • Multi-axis motion system design
  • Servo tuning and optimization
  • Drag Chain Selection

Sensors & Instrumentation

  • Analog and digital sensor integration
  • Pressure, temperature, and flow measurement systems
  • Signal conditioning and calibration

Robotics

  • 6-axis industrial robot programming and integration
  • Robot safety system design
  • Robot-PLC communication

Power Systems

  • Switchgear panel design and construction
