*About the Role*

We are hiring *International Voice Process Executives* to support Luxora Experiences' international patient engagement, primarily for the US market. The role requires excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism.

*Key Responsibilities*


•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound and outbound calls with international patients (US market).


•⁠ ⁠Assist patients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and travel coordination.


•⁠ ⁠Ensure exceptional service and patient experience throughout the journey.


•⁠ ⁠Achieve performance metrics such as call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction.


•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate call and case records in CRM systems.


•⁠ ⁠Work in alignment with global healthcare partners and internal teams.

*Requirements*


•⁠ ⁠2–5 years of experience in international calling (US healthcare/medical process preferred).


•⁠ ⁠Strong spoken English with neutral/US accent.


•⁠ ⁠Willingness to work in night shifts.


•⁠ ⁠Empathy, patience, and customer-first approach.


•⁠ ⁠Prior BPO/healthcare calling experience is an advantage.
