You'll collaborate with global stakeholders, influence product roadmaps, and play a key role in enhancing customer success and market share across India.Take the Lead in Transforming the Coatings Market and make an impact together.Apply now and shape what's next with allnex.ResponsibilitiesLead India market engagement as the senior ambassador of allnex, managing key accounts, opportunity pipelines, and strategic relationships.Develop and implement technical strategies for product promotion, benchmarking, formulation, and application—particularly across liquid resins, crosslinkers, and additives.Identify, develop, and scale new business opportunities across coatings sectors (OEM, Vehicle Refinish, Industrial, Architectural), working closely with commercial, R&D, and marketing teams.Partner with global teams to influence product innovation and adapt global solutions to meet local market demands.Analyze market dynamics including competitor activity, customer trends, and emerging technologies to inform proactive strategic planning.Strengthen distribution networks by guiding local channel strategy and ensuring profitability, reach, and operational excellence.Represent allnex at industry forums, technical conferences, seminars, and customer innovation sessions—positioning the brand as a thought leader.Deliver regular strategic updates to regional and global leadership teams on customer success, project conversions, and business impact.Required Skills And Experience12–15+ years of experience in the chemical or coatings industry, with a strong track record in technical leadership, business development, or product strategy.Deep domain expertise in Auto OEM, Vehicle Refinish, Architectural, Industrial, and Solvent/Water-borne technologies.Proven ability to bridge technical innovation with commercial growth—ideally with hands-on experience in product development, technical solutions, and customer engagement.Confidence in leading presentations, hosting technical workshops, and representing the brand across multiple forums.High-level strategic thinking paired with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to work cross-functionally across cultures and disciplines.Prior exposure to multi-industry, matrixed organizations and complex decision-making environments.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Paint Technology.Master's Degree or MBA in a related field is highly preferred.We offerWe are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
