  • Manage daily accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.
  • Handle TDS, income tax compliance, and assist with statutory audits.
  • Monitor and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
  • Maintain and organize accounting documents, records, and reports.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, GST laws, and tax regulations.
  • Use accounting software Microsoft Dynamics efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter or M.Com is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Solid understanding of GST laws, TDS, and other statutory compliances in India.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft dynamics accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
