Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Process Associate located in Erode. The Junior Process Associate will be responsible for executing routine business processes such as data entry, managing client information, supporting lead generation activities, and assisting with customer service tasks. Additional responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely processing of data, maintaining reports, and collaborating with team members to meet project goals. The role involves direct interaction with team leads and quality control managers to uphold project standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills related to data processing and evaluation
  • Customer Service expertise, including the ability to handle queries effectively and promptly
  • Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Understanding of Finance and its application within BPO processes
  • Familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) workflows and industry standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and related software
  • Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
