The Sr. Manager – Operation Excellence is a pivotal role focused on executing CMD's strategic vision through robust coordination, structured follow-ups, and high-quality operational oversight. This role will act as a bridge between Leadership team and the vertical heads, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and governance of critical workstreams. The incumbent will also assist CMD directly by providing decision-enabling inputs, strategic dashboards, and by driving the rhythm of business within CMD's office.

This position requires operational maturity, agility, and a deep commitment to confidentiality, precision, and results. It is suited for someone who can function both as a strategic enabler and a tactical executor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Strategic Operations & Coordination

  2. Act asthe operational anchor for CMD & leadership team's directives across departments.

  3. Support CMD in transforming strategic plansinto actionable, measurable work streams for business excellence.
  4. Serve as the point-of-coordination between leadership and the vertical heads, ensuring seamless data and decision flow.

  5. Track execution of key priorities and ensure timely closures.

  6. Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence

  7. Ensure monthly MIS is received, analyzed, and synthesized into Review Dashboard periodically.

  8. Track, evaluate, and monitor performance across all business verticals — sales, operations, marketing, service, and support.
  9. Develop and manage Performance Dashboards and Business Review Trackers for analysis.
  10. Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in business operations and recommend corrective actions.
  11. Drive a culture of performance accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.

  12. Design and maintain WIP (Work-in-Progress) tracker for leadership, especially the top 15 priorities.

  13. Execution Excellence

  14. Structure leadership-level initiatives into milestones and drive accountability with functional leaders.

  15. Drive improvement projects and internal audits initiated by leadership team.
  16. Handle sensitive data and strategic initiatives with discretion and professionalism.
  17. SOP driven initiatives for business excellence.
