  • Should be able to sync with account management team for create, track and report teams activities for billing purpose, onboarding/offboarding team members, help in invoicing for revenue purpose
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements new technologies, products and tools to strengthen the value, speed and quality of deliverables
  • Establishes, communicates, and implements engineering and development policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent operations
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in engineering and development related to the organizations industry
  • Continually building and improving client relationships, both new and existing
  • Staying connected to changing client needs
  • Staying connected to the engineering community, to build relationships, with the intent of building staff, design team structure, and culture
  • Promote and in still a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency to the software/business processes
  • Be an evangelist for technology & represent the company in external forums
  • Continuous support for recruitments, interviews and learning and development
