Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist teachers and administrative staff with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure the office is tidy and welcoming; maintain a professional environment.
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other office-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and school events.
- Assist with preparation of school documents: reports, presentations, newsletters, etc. Interview Questions
- Order, monitor, and restock office supplies; maintain inventory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma / equivalent required. Graduation or diploma in Office Administration, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role or office assistant position.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; good interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and time management.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, move around office, handle light office equipment and supplies. Some roles may require bending, lifting, or carrying files.
