Role & responsibilities

  • Draft professional emails and technical communication for internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation as per client requirements.
  • Handle client communications and follow-ups with professionalism and clarity.
  • Coordinate with Gulf-based engineering and product teams to gather and verify information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Create and maintain user manuals, technical guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with client expectations, formats, and compliance standards.
  • Manage version control and documentation updates across tools like Git, Confluence, or SharePoint.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales documentation including onboarding material and FAQs.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively across time zones and multiple projects.
  • Maintain a professional and client-focused approach in all communications.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Preferred candidates from Coimbatore or willing to work remotely from there.
  • Must be flexible to align with GCC workdays (SundayThursday) and time zones.
  • Should have a strong engineering background (B.E./B.Tech or related field).
  • Draft professional emails, client updates, and internal communications with clarity.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and cost sheets as per client requirements.
  • Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management efficiently.
  • Coordinate between Gulf-based engineers and internal teams for seamless information flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery of documents and updates.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and product guides.
  • Ensure documents meet quality standards, formatting, and client specifications.
  • Use tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Git, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Work Details

Working Days: 6 days/week (Friday Off GCC calendar followed)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (IST)
