Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher

Location: Gurugram

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities that promote learning through play and creativity.
  • Foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children.
  • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the school curriculum.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and meetings.
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to school policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education or Early Childhood Care)
  • Experience: Prior teaching experience in pre-primary or kindergarten level preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children
  • Good classroom management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
