Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Daycare Assistant at our Gurugram location. The Daycare Assistant will be responsible for providing care and ensuring safety and hygiene standards for children. Daily tasks include supporting children with activities, maintaining cleanliness within the childcare space, fostering creative play, and promoting positive interactions. The Daycare Assistant will work closely with other staff members to create a nurturing environment for the children.

Qualifications

  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and engage with children, parents, and team members
  • Basic understanding of childcare practices and ensuring the safety and well-being of children
  • Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Creative skills to design and lead fun, engaging, and educational activities for children
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in childcare or related fields are a plus
