Job Summary: We're hiring a proactive Telecaller with Field Responsibilities to generate leads, manage customer follow-ups, and conduct field visits for our solar
projects. You'll make outbound calls, nurture client relationships, and ensure project success. A personal vehicle is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Call provided leads nationwide to introduce Kilowatt Solar's services (including PM Surya Ghar, Tata Power, BSES schemes).
- Customer Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads and customers via calls/messages to guide them through the solar adoption process.
- Field Work: Conduct on-site visits to potential customer locations for assessments or meetings as assigned.
- Data Management: Accurately record all interactions and outcomes in our CRM.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Requirements:Personal Vehicle & Valid Driving License: Mandatory for field work.
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or direct sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM).
