Required Experience: 0 to 2 years with relevant skills set/qualification/Experience

Required Qualification: Diploma/BSC/BE + (Advanced diploma in water quality management)

Required Skills: Computer proficiency. computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Email, Internet operations.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Quality-conscious and committed to error-free documentation. Analytical mindset with willingness to learn technical concepts.

About the Role

We are looking for a Documentation Executive/Engineer (Fresher – 2 Years experience) to support our technical documentation and compliance activities. The role involves preparing and maintaining documents, certificates, and project records as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing technical documents like qualification documents (DQ, IQ, OQ/IOQ), calibration certificates, FAT reports, and compliance certificates.
  • Compile and organize project folders, certificates, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in software tools (Excel) and ensure timely updates.
  • Support physical file management with proper labeling and structure.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation tasks.
  • Learn and apply basic engineering concepts.
  • Adhere to company policies, punctuality, and professional work practices.
