Job Description – International Contact center (US Healthcare)

* Location: Bangalore (Immediate Requirement)

* Job Type: Full-time

* Role: Customer Service – International Voice Process/Member Contact center

* Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)

Compensation:

  • Experience (Slab 8.33%): MCC Profile (6 month to 3 Years) ₹4,15,000 LPA + 79,000 VSA (Versant 62+) CTC hike basis on previous CTC.
  • Transport Facility: 2-Way Cab Provided

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility Criteria

  • 10+2/ Graduates from any discipline (Recent pass-outs preferred)
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Contact Center (Excellent Communication skills @ Versant 62 Plus)
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level)
  • Willingness to work in Night Shifts (US time zones)
  • Candidates must be from Bangalore or ready to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from US Member Contact Center.
  • Resolve customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and High professionalism.
  • Adhere to process compliance, quality, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring first-call resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
