Role Summary

The
Project/Site Engineer – ELV Systems
will be responsible for the execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV solutions at industrial project sites. The role requires close coordination with internal project teams, contractors, and customers/PMC to ensure successful project delivery in line with approved designs, safety standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of
    ELV Systems
    , including but not limited to:
  • CCTV Surveillance Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems (FA)
  • Public Address & Voice Evacuation (PA)
  • Access Control & Attendance Systems (ACCS)
  • Data Networking & Structured Cabling
  • Review, understand, and implement project work based on
    technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation
    .
  • Coordinate with
    Customer/PMC, contractors, and internal project teams
    for daily site progress and technical clarifications.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with
    contract terms, safety standards, and quality requirements
    .
  • Prepare and maintain all
    site-related documentation, checklists, reports, test sheets, and compliance records
    .
  • Support procurement by identifying material requirements and verifying materials received at the site.
  • Conduct
    site surveys, risk assessments, and progress reviews
    as required.
  • Ensure project execution timelines are met and assist in resolving
    technical or site-related challenges
    .
  • Report project status and site progress to the Project Manager regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in
    Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications / Instrumentation
    or a related field.
  • Proven experience in
    Industrial Projects
    involving ELV Systems is
    mandatory
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    installation, testing, and commissioning
    of ELV systems.
  • Knowledge of the
    Honeywell ELV/Building Automation portfolio
    is preferred.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret
    ELV drawings and technical documents
    .
  • Good understanding of
    industry standards, safety practices, and compliance requirements
    .
  • Proficiency in
    written and verbal communication
    for effective coordination and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
