POSITION:EXECUTIVE-HR & BACK END OPERATIONS

LOCATION:MUZZAFFARPUR,PANIPAT,MOHALI,KOLKATTA,JHARKHAND,PATNA,LUCKNOW , AGRA & JAIPUR.

Hi-Tek syndicate is a PAN India level collection agency with its head quarter in New Delhi.We are into banking and NBFC Collections.

We were incorporated in the year 1993 and are pioneers in this field.

We are looking for a HR and Back End Operations Executive at our various centers.

Roles and responsibilities:

1)Recruitment and On Boarding.

2)Employee Relations

3)HR Administration

4)Compliance and policy implementation and its reporting

5)Data Management and Process Coordination

Preferred candidate profile:

1)Education-The candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in any field.

2)Experience-2 to 5 years of work experience in HR and Back end Operations.

3)Technical Skills-Proficient in MS Office (Especially Excel,Word and Power Point).

4)Soft Skills-Strong communication and interpersonal skills,high attention to detail and organisational abilities,trustworthy with confidential data,ability to multitask and prioritize in a high paced environment.
