Project description

We are building the APAC Competency Center for a leading European Asset Manager who has developed a state-of-the-art trading and risk management platform, used both internally and by external clients. This center will play a critical role in onboarding new investment managers end-to-end—from data migration and system setup to reporting, integration, and ongoing support. By joining this team, you will work on complex, high-impact projects in capital markets, collaborate closely with global stakeholders, and contribute to shaping how investment managers run their trading and risk operations. Role Overview: Defines and configures the operating model of the target platform. Ensures user access rights, team structures, and workflows reflect client standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define operating model and organizational setup
  • Configure desks, teams, and user access rights
  • Align workflows with governance and compliance standards
  • Work with stakeholders to validate setup
  • Support onboarding and BAU teams with operating model updates

SKILLS

Must have

  • 5+ years in capital markets or asset management operations.
  • Experience with Murex, Calypso, Orchestrade, Alto, Aladdin, Simcorp or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of user management, workflow design, and permissions.
  • Business analysis and stakeholder engagement.
