Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Executive Human Resources located in Hosur. The Junior Executive HR will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and general HR management tasks. This role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates, organizing and maintaining employee records, and assisting in performance management and employee development initiatives. Additionally, the role will require collaborating with other teams to address employee concerns and improve workplace culture.

  • Strong Employee Relations capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
