Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a General Manager Planning, located in Bangalore Urban. The General Manager Planning will be responsible for overseeing and managing all planning activities related to interior fit-out projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing project plans, coordinating with various departments, ensuring timelines are met, resource allocation, and monitoring project progress. Additionally, the role involves liaising with clients to ensure their requirements are met and maintaining quality standards and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including developing project plans, resource allocation, and monitoring progress
  • Proficient in client liaison, ensuring requirements are met, and maintaining quality standards
  • Experience in budget control and timeline management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
