We are seeking a Process Associate/Data Entry professional to join our Insurance Verification team. This role involves handling inquiries related to insurance verification services, with a focus on Eligibility and Benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, resolving queries at the first point of contact, and meeting the goals and needs of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a range of IT packages effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
  • Manage a varied workload to achieve objectives and priorities.
  • Solve problems efficiently and creatively.
  • Work flexibly, both as part of a team and independently.
  • Handle pressure and challenging situations sensitively.

Requirements:

  • Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in U.S. healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse workload.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturdays and Sundays off
