About the Role:

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join our
IT Recruitment team
. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various technical roles across the USA and India markets. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to kick-start their career in Talent Acquisition and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand IT job requirements shared by hiring managers or clients
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal teams
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Follow up with candidates post-interview and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain daily recruitment reports and trackers

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (IT/HR background is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in
    US time zone
    (for USA recruitment)
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment life cycle and IT technologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Exposure to recruitment tools like Naukri, Dice, Monster, or LinkedIn
  • Internship or academic project in HR/Recruitment
  • Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) – for US recruitment roles
