Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Finance Specialist for a large project. The Project Finance Specialist will be responsible for performing financial modeling, financial analysis, and budgeting. The role involves leveraging analytical skills to provide in-depth financial insights and support decision-making processes for data center projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed financial reports, evaluating project capex reports, tracking actual spend, monitoring budget adherence, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications
CA with post qualification experience in DC industry

  • Possess strong Analytical Skills, Financial Analysis, and Financial Modeling abilities
  • Expertise in Budgeting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage civil projects
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, and a solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Relevant experience in the finance industry, particularly in project finance
