Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide teams on Agile/Scrum principles to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Remove impediments and act as a bridge between product owners and development teams.
  • Track progress through metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Scrum Master.
  • 4–5 years of experience in software development (.NET, ASP.NET or Angular or React js).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
