We are currently looking for a talented 08-15 Years of experience in Construction industry for Civil Site Engineer & MEP Site Engineer on 1 year renewable contract basis to join our team in Mumbai. Job role will include:

  • Progress Monitoring: Prepare daily and weekly work progress reports specifically focusing on finishing milestones. Report any delays or variances to the Site Engineer/Project Manager promptly.
  • Coordination: Liaise effectively with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) for measurement sign-offs, the Quality Control (QC) team for inspections, and the Store/Procurement team for the timely receipt and issuance of finishing materials (tiles, paints, fittings).
  • Material Management: Check the quality and quantity of all incoming finishing materials (e.g., checking shade, batch numbers of tiles and paints). Manage site inventory and monitor material consumption to minimize wastage.
  • Supervision: Directly supervise and provide technical guidance to finishing workers, foremen, and sub-contractors involved in tiling, plastering, painting, waterproofing, facade works, false ceiling, and joinery installation.
  • Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings, technical specifications, and approved mock-ups for execution on-site.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular, detailed inspections to verify that all finishing work meets the specified quality benchmarks and tolerances.

MEP, Systems Focus: Focus on final installations like:

Supervision: Oversee the installation and commissioning of final MEP components integrated with architectural finishes, ensuring alignment, concealment, and aesthetic integration.

  • Electrical: Light fixtures, switches, sockets, fire alarm devices, and final wiring continuity checks.
  • Plumbing: Sanitaryware, faucets, shower systems, and final pressure/leakage testing.
  • HVAC: Diffusers, grilles, thermostats, and final duct integrity checks.
