We are currently looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Developer (IRM & Secops)
to join a fast-growing product-based organisation in
Pune (Baner).

We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps) to serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for gathering and translating business needs into ServiceNow best-practice solutions, ensuring alignment with the platform's roadmap and governance. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, deep platform knowledge, and exceptional collaboration skills to help drive value and adoption of ServiceNow across the organization

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 4 years as a Developer or similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Module Expertise:
    Proven hands-on experience with ITSM, IRM and SecOps modules – a must.
  • Platform Familiarity:
    Strong understanding of the overall ServiceNow platform capabilities, data structures, and module integration.
  • Business Acumen:
    Ability to understand complex business processes, regulatory requirements, and translate them into practical platform solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    : Requires extensive interaction with cross-functional teams, senior management, and domain leaders.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.
