Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L: Develop and execute winning strategies to propel revenue, gross margins, and brand profitability. Drive revenues across the B2B channel.
  • Be the Brand Champion: Craft a compelling brand vision and communication plans that resonate with target audiences, building brand awareness, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Fuel Innovation: Lead the charge in developing and launching a robust innovation pipeline, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Be an Insights Guru: Sharpen your understanding of consumer behaviour and translate insights into exceptional trade experiences.
  • Marketing Maestro: Orchestrate and optimise marketing budgets across the channel to maximise ROI.
  • Leadership Excellence: Build, mentor, and inspire a top-tier marketing team, fostering a growth mindset and a culture of breakthrough innovation.
  • Collaboration is Key: Bridge the gap between Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales and Packaging teams, ensuring seamless execution of new product launches.

The Ideal Profile

  • Extensive experience in consulting / brand marketing and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, preferably in Salon Professional.
  • Proven track record of exceeding P&L goals and driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of consumer insights and ability to translate them into winning marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in developing and managing marketing budgets across various channels.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for building and empowering high-performing teams.
