Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) delivery and operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cybersecurity operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing SOC contracts and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SOC operations and service delivery.
  • Oversee incident detection, response, and resolution processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize SOC performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in SOC processes, tooling, and threat detection capabilities.
  • Manage and mentor SOC analysts and engineers.
  • Maintain and enhance cybersecurity tooling and integrations.
  • Provide strategic input on SOC architecture and roadmap.
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1015 years in SOC operations and delivery.

  • Certifications: CISM, CISSP (preferred).

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management.

  • Contractual Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of SOC contracts, SLAs, and service delivery models.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale SOC environments.
